How we handle your information

This notice explains what information the NAAS Holding Group website collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). النسخة العربية ↓

1. Who we are

NAAS Holding Group, a holding company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

2. What we collect

  • Through the enquiry form: your full name, your organisation (optional), your email address, the nature of your enquiry and your message.
  • Automatically: like any website, the servers that deliver this site record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
  • On your device: if you choose a language, the site remembers that choice in your browser for your next visit. It is not sent to us.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

3. Why we use it

Only to read and respond to your enquiry, to direct it to the appropriate person, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

4. Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the website:

  • Netlify — hosts the website and receives enquiry-form submissions.
  • Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces; it receives your IP address when the fonts load.
  • jsDelivr — delivers the graphics library used for the animated banner on the home page.

Some of these providers operate servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so information you submit may be processed abroad.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need to respond to them and to meet any legal obligations, and then delete them.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, send us an enquiry through the contact form (choosing “Governance & Compliance” as the nature of your enquiry), or email us at hello@naasholding.sa. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

7. Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
