Who we are
NAAS Holding Group is a holding company founded and chaired by Nawaf Attaf Abdulmalik Al Sahhaf. The company takes ownership positions in operating businesses and makes selective investments across four core sectors: services, industrial, technology and consulting.
As a holding company, NAAS combines two roles. It is a parent to operating subsidiaries — setting strategy, appointing leadership and overseeing performance — and an investor, allocating capital to opportunities that meet its standards for quality, durability and governance.
The structure is intentional. Diversification across sectors moderates risk; concentration of ownership sharpens accountability. Every company in the portfolio answers to the same expectations of conduct, reporting and performance.
